What is the return policy and exchange?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. 

What is the estimated delivery time?

Once your order is placed, we take 2-3 working days to process your order. Estimated delivery time is 4-6 business days, while international orders take 6-10 business days.

Am I eligible for an exchange or return?

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition
same condition as when you have received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How long do refunds take to process?

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment account within 10 business days(up to 15 days during peak seasons).

What should I do if my item is defective?

Upon receiving the order, it is advisable to video graph the unboxing of the order so that if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, you can contact us immediately. We will assist you with the replacement or refund, if any. Faulty items reported after this within 7 days of the delivery shall not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Is there a warranty included with my purchase?

Yes, every Nisha Kilhor piece is covered by a one-year warranty against defects in craftsmanship. The warranty does not apply to natural wear, accidental damage, improper handling, or alterations and repairs performed by third parties. Should you require a repair or wish to submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

How can I determine the size of a piece before purchasing?

Do you offer resizing services?

At the time, we do not offer resizing services. We kindly recommend reviewing the product dimensions carefully before making a purchase to ensure the correct fit. If you need any assistance or have questions regarding sizing, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
