At Nisha Kilhor, jewellery is approached as a form of wearable sculpture. Drawing inspiration from art, organic forms, travel, and the details that are often overlooked in everyday life, each piece explores the relationship between texture, balance, and movement. The result is a collection that feels contemporary yet enduring, designed for those who appreciate both artistry and wearability. What began as a search for elevated, fashion-forward jewellery evolved into a collection of pieces that feel distinctive yet effortless—made to become a natural part of everyday life.

Our pieces are designed in Gurgaon and brought to form by skilled artisans across India, hand-finished in limited quantities. We specialise in 925 sterling silver and brass with rhodium plating. Transforming contemporary ideas into wearable, bold and distinctive forms through combining premium materials. Every piece reflects a commitment to thoughtful craftsmanship and lasting quality. 

Creative Director and founder Nisha Kilhor studied Fashion Design at GD Goenka University, Gurgaon, before pursuing a Master’s degree in Alta Moda (Haute Couture) at Accademia Costume & Moda in Rome, Italy.

Driven by a deep-rooted passion for the arts, Nisha has built a diverse career spanning embroidery design, sales, marketing, and graphic design. This multidisciplinary experience informs the vision behind Nisha Kilhor, shaping a distinctive creative approach that seamlessly blends design, communication, and craftsmanship.

Through the brand, Nisha continues to sculpt a unique creative language—one that celebrates thoughtful design, refined storytelling, and artisanal excellence as its core foundations.

What is the return policy and exchange?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. 
What is the estimated delivery time?

Once your order is placed, we take 2-3 working days to process your order. Estimated delivery time is 4-6 business days, while international orders take 6-10 business days.
Am I eligible for an exchange or return?

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition
same condition as when you have received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How long do refunds take to process?

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment account within 10 business days(up to 15 days during peak seasons).
What should I do if my item is defective?

Upon receiving the order, it is advisable to video graph the unboxing of the order so that if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, you can contact us immediately. We will assist you with the replacement or refund, if any. Faulty items reported after this within 7 days of the delivery shall not be eligible for exchange or refund.
Is there a warranty included with my purchase?

Yes, every Nisha Kilhor piece is covered by a one-year warranty against defects in craftsmanship. The warranty does not apply to natural wear, accidental damage, improper handling, or alterations and repairs performed by third parties. Should you require a repair or wish to submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Do you offer resizing services?
