Return & Exchange
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you have received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You shall also need the receipt or proof of purchase to make the return.

Damages and issues
Upon receiving the order, it is advisable to video graph the unboxing of the order so that if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, you can contact us immediately within 7 days of the delivery. We will assist you with the replacement or refund, if any. Faulty items reported after this timeframe shall not be eligible for exchange or refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment account within 15 business days of the delivery of the returned order (up to 15 days during peak seasons). It is requested to be patient with the refund process as it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Cancellations by the User
In case of requests for order cancellations, you shall convey such request though info@nishakilhor.com or our WhatsApp number +91 8826677234 within 24-hours of making the purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items and used items.
Warranty & Repair
Every piece is covered by a one-year warranty against defects in craftsmanship. The warranty does not apply to natural wear, accidental damage, improper handling, or alterations and repairs performed by third parties.
